Q: How much notice do you require prior to services?

A: A few days to a week is preferred.  However, it is understood that sometimes emergencies come up.  I will do my best to accommodate you.   

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A:  Checks and cash are accepted. 

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A.  All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit, or a cancellation fee may apply.

Q:  Do you do overnight visits?

A:  No overnight visits are made.  However, dogs are tended to first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.

Q: Between what hours do visits take place?

A:  Dog visits are done first, then cats.  They begin at 6:30 am and end at 11:00 pm.

Q:  Are you insured and bonded?

A: Yes, Tickle My Paws Pet Sitting is insured and bonded.

Q:  Do you keep a key to my house on file?

A:  That is up to the client.  Keys will be left on the last visit, kept or mailed back.

Q:  How many visits a day do you do?

A: For inside dogs, no less than 3 visits will be made.  Cats will have at least one.  However, Tickle My Paws will visit as often as you would like.  "Every other day" sitting will not be accepted.
